Our planning will contact you regarding the payment and collection of the vehicle. Since you, the owner of the vehicle, are often notified by the insurance company before we are, it is best to wait for our call because we will have the details at our disposal and can make arrangements more quickly.
We kindly ask that you bring the necessary paperwork to the vehicle in preparation (this includes both parts of the registration code as well as the license plate). Depending on what your insurance indicates, we will pay either to you or to the insurance company. We will contact the location where the vehicle is located to pick it up. After collection, you will receive the release certificate.
Your vehicle may be picked up by an outside carrier, nothing will change for you. We will do our best to pick up the vehicle within 10 business days and settle the payment/clearance.
